All cats must have a current F3 vaccination at a minimum, administered at least 14 days prior to check-in. A current vaccination certificate must be provided when making a booking. We have a strict no vaccination, no stay policy.

All cats over the age of six months must be desexed.

All cats must be at least four months old at the time of boarding.

Please ensure your cat is up to date with their flea, tick and worm treatment.

If your cat reuqires medication, please call or email us prior to making a booking to discuss details. Please note that we are unable to adminster medication between 5pm and 7am and therefore cannot accept bookings for animals with these requirements.

For your cat’s comfort and hygiene, we ask that owners ensure their cat is well-groomed prior to boarding. This includes grooming around their rear area, which helps maintain cleanliness, especially for long-haired breeds, and supports good toileting habits during their stay.

Cats must be in good general health. Please consult your vet if you are unsure about whether your cat is fit for boarding.

All cats must arrive and depart in a secure pet carrier, which will remain on site for the duration of boarding.
