Boarding fees are payable in full at the time of booking.

• We only board one cat in each suite.

• Fees include two meals per day of Royal Canin dry food.

• Cats can experience stomach upset with a sudden change in diet, so if you would like your pet to have their usual food, please bring it along and we will feed this at no extra cost.

• We’re happy to administer medication that’s simple and easy to manage at no extra cost. For more complex treatments or specialised care, an additional fee may apply and in some instances, we may not be able to accommodate your cat's medication needs. Please contact us prior to making a booking to discuss your cat's medication requriements. Further information can also be found in our Frequently Asked Questions.

• Bedding is provided, but you're welcome to bring your own to help your pet feel more at home during their stay.

• Each cat suite has a window with a view of the surrounding trees and birds.
